1. Procedures for registering copyright and related rights

- Authors, copyright owners, and related rights owners directly or authorize other organizations or individuals to submit 01 set of documents for registration of copyright and related rights to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Copyright Office or Representative Office of Copyright Office in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang City). The documents can be sent by post.

- Foreign organizations and individuals whose works, performance programs, audio recordings, video recordings, and broadcast programs are protected by copyright and related rights under the provisions of Clause 2, Article 13 and Article 17 of the Law on Intellectual Property shall directly or authorize a copyright and related rights consulting and service organization to submit 01 set of application documents for copyright and related rights registration to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Copyright Office or Representative Office of Copyright Office in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang City).

2. Accordingly, for copyright registration, applications can be submitted at the following locations:

- Copyright Office.

- Representative office of the Copyright Office in Ho Chi Minh City.

- Representative office of the Copyright Office in Da Nang city.
