Pursuant to Point b, Clause 5, Article 6 Decree 45/2019/ND-CP; Clause 8, Article 6 Decree 45/2019/ND-CP Violating general regulations on tourism business activities as follows:
Violation of general regulations on tourism business activities
“5. Fine from 5,000,000 VND to 10,000,000 VND for one of the following acts:
a) Failure to warn about the risk of danger to tourists;
b) Failure to notify or give instructions to tourists in case of emergency.
6. Fine from 10,000,000 VND to 15,000,000 VND for failure to coordinate with relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals in rescuing tourists.
7. Fine from 15,000,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND for failure to apply measures to ensure the life, health, and property of tourists.
8. Additional penalties:
Suspension of operations from 01 month to 03 months for acts specified in Clauses 5, 6 and 7 of this Article.
9. Remedial measures:
Forced to return illegal profits obtained from performing the acts specified in Point a, Clause 3, Point c, Clause 4 of this Article.”
Note: according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 5 Decree 45/2019/ND-CP The above fine is the fine for individuals. The fine for organizations is 2 times the fine for individuals.
Thus, the organization tourism business Operations may be suspended from 01 month to 03 months for failure to notify and give instructions to tourists in case of emergency.
At the same time, they will be fined from 10,000,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND.
