Pursuant to Article 36 of the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam 2014 (amended by Clause 14, Article 1 of the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam, amended in 2019), the subjects eligible for temporary residence cards are stipulated as follows: Note:
