1. Documents, procedures and processes for approving technology transfer

1.1. The application for technology transfer approval includes:

a) Document requesting approval of technology transfer;

b) Documents on the legal status of the applicant;

c) Technology explanation documents;

d) Documents explaining the conditions for using technology according to the provisions of law;

d) Documents explaining compliance with legal provisions on technical standards and regulations.

1.2. Organizations and individuals transferring restricted technology must submit a dossier to the Ministry of Science and Technology to request approval for technology transfer.

2. Accordingly, the application file for approval of technology transfer to individuals includes:
