Issuance of copies of protection title in case industrial property rights are jointly owned, protection title is granted to the first owner in the list, other joint owners can request copies and must pay a service fee for granting copies.

Re-issuance of protection title when the title is lost, damaged, torn, dirty, faded to the point of being unusable, or disassembled and unable to keep the seal.

- Documents requesting issuance of copies/re-issuance of protection title include:

+ Declaration to request issuance of copies/re-issuance of protection title (according to form No. 09 in Appendix II of Decree 65/2023/ND-CP) (Attached form);

+ Power of attorney (in case the request is submitted through a representative);

+ Copy of proof of payment of fees and charges according to regulations;

+ Other documents (if necessary).

- Evaluation time limit: 01 month from the date of application submission

- Implementation results: Issue a decision to issue copies/re-issue protection titles and publish them in the Industrial Property Official Gazette or decide to refuse to issue duplicates/re-issue protection titles. Return the duplicate/reissued diploma to the owner.

- Fees and charges:

+ Fee for announcing the Decision on issuance of copies/re-issuance of protection titles: 120,000 VND/application

+ Registration fee for Decision to issue copies/reissue of protection title: 120,000 VND/protection title

+ Service fee (temporarily not collected, waiting until there are specific regulations to be collected later)
