Reissue of VBBH when the diploma is lost, damaged, torn, dirty, faded to the point of being unusable, or is disassembled and cannot keep the seal.
- The application for a copy/re-issue of the Certificate of Business Registration includes:
+ Application form for issuance of duplicate/re-issuance of VBBH (according to form No. 09, Appendix II, Decree 65/2023/ND-CP) (Attached form).
+ 02 trademark samples;
+ Power of attorney (in case of submitting request through representative);
+ Copy of documents for payment of fees and charges as prescribed;
+ Other documents (if necessary).
- Review period: 01 month from the date of application
- Implementation result: Issue a Decision to issue a duplicate/reissue a VBBH and publish it in the Industrial Property Gazette or a Decision to refuse to issue a duplicate/reissue a VBBH. Return the duplicate/reissued certificate to the owner.
- Fees:
+ Fee for announcing the Decision to issue a copy/reissue a VBBH: 120,000 VND/application
+ Registration fee for Decision on issuance of duplicate/re-issuance of VBBH: 120,000 VND/VBBH
+ Service fee (temporarily not collected, will be collected later when there are specific regulations)
