According to section 3.1 of Section 3 of the National Technical Standards on Occupational Safety in Confined Spaces issued by the Minister of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social AffairsCircular 29/2018/TT-BLDTBXH the information on the permit for work in confined spaces issued to workers includes:
- Description of the location and name, code (if any) of the confined space;
- Description of the work to be performed in the confined space;
- Name of supervisor, commander;
- Names of those working in confined spaces, guards;
- Name of the person responsible for issuing the permit, permit issuance time;
- Results of measuring, checking the air in the confined space before issuing the permit and additional requirements on frequency, location of measurement, air checking before and during the work execution;
- Duration/validity of the Permit to the confined space;
- Safety measures to be carried out before and maintained during the work in confined spaces;
- Other content appropriate to the requirements of the production facility with confined spaces.
