1. Cases of new medical practice licenses

The issuance of new practice licenses applies to the following cases:

- People applying for a practice license for the first time;

- The practitioner changes the professional title recorded on the practice license;

- People whose practice licenses are revoked are subject to new issuance according to Government regulations;

- Other cases according to Government regulations.

2. Documents and procedures for granting a new medical practice license

Individuals wishing to apply for a practice license need to prepare a set of dossiers requesting a new medical examination and treatment practice license and submit it to the agency competent to issue practice licenses for resolution according to their authority. .

Dossier to request a new license to practice medical examination and treatment includes:

- Application for a new practice license;

- Documents proving compliance with practice conditions for each corresponding professional title.

The agency competent to issue practice licenses must issue a new practice license within 30 days from the date of receipt of complete documents; In case a new practice license is not granted, a written response must be provided clearly stating the reason;

In case it is necessary to verify documents containing foreign elements in the application for a new practice license, the new issuance deadline is 30 days from the date of verification results.
