Regulations on maximum fines and organizations sanctioned for administrative violations

Administrative violations can result in significant fines for organizations and individuals. This article will detail the regulations on maximum fines applicable to administrative violations and the organizations that may be penalized, helping everyone better understand legal responsibilities and avoid unnecessary infractions.

The level of administrative penalties for violations of regulations on exit, entry, transit, residence and travel are specified in the Regulations. Decree 144/2021/ND-CP in Article 11 as follows:

1. The maximum fine in the field of domestic violence prevention and control for individuals is 30,000,000 VND, for organizations is 60,000,000 VND; The maximum fine in the field of security, order and social safety for individuals is 40,000,000 VND, for organizations is 80,000,000 VND; Maximum fine level in the field of fire prevention and fighting; rescue for individuals is 50,000,000 VND, for organizations is 100,000,000 VND; The maximum fine in the field of social evils prevention and control for individuals is 75,000,000 VND, for organizations is 150,000,000 VND.

2. The fines specified in Chapter II of this Decree are the fines applied to administrative violations committed by individuals. For organizations that commit the same violation, the fine is 2 times the fine for individuals.

3. Organizations specified in Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article include:

a) Economic organizations established according to the provisions of Enterprise Law including: Private enterprises, joint stock companies, limited liability companies, partnerships and business dependent units;

b) Economic organizations established according to the provisions of Cooperative Law including: Cooperatives, cooperative unions;

c) Social organizations, socio-political organizations, socio-professional organizations;

d) Public service unit;

d) A state agency commits a violation that is not within the assigned state management tasks;

e) Cooperative group.

4. Households and individual business households that register their business according to the provisions of law and violate the provisions of this Decree will be punished as individuals.
