1- Inspection objects:
- Counterfeit goods and poor quality goods within the scope of inspection and handling under this Circular include domestically produced goods, manufactured goods, processed goods, assembled, packaged, stored in warehouses, displayed for sale, and shipped. moving on the road, displaying, introducing, offering, promoting and exporting and importing goods.
2- Areas that need to be inspected:
- Border gates by land, air, sea, river, and border routes.
- Places where fake stamps, labels, fake packaging, and fake publications are printed.
- Locations where counterfeit goods are produced, processed, processed, and assembled, and places where counterfeit goods are stored.
- Wholesaling and distributing fake goods.
- Retail outlets and vehicles transporting counterfeit goods.
Thus, according to the above regulations, competent authorities need to pay attention to inspecting poor quality goods at the following locations: Road, air, sea, river, and border gates; Places where fake stamps, labels, fake packaging, and fake publications are printed; Locations where counterfeit goods are produced, processed, processed, and assembled, and places where counterfeit goods are stored; Wholesaling and distributing fake goods; Retail outlets and vehicles transporting counterfeit goods.
