1. International Classification of Goods and Services (Nicrus Classification)
An international classification system used to classify goods and services for trademark purposes. The Nixon Classification was established under the Nixon Agreement of 1957 and is periodically revised by a Panel of Experts of the Nixon Committee.
2. Classification of Pellets
Is a hierarchical system used to classify the figurative elements of a mark into Classes - Subclasses - Groups based on the shape of the figurative elements. The Vienna Classification was established under the Vienna Agreement of 1973 and is periodically revised by a Panel of Experts of the Vienna Commission.
