2. Regulations on principles in medical examination and treatment: The law stipulates 06 principles, as follows:

1. Respect, protect, treat patients equally and not discriminate against patients.

2. Priority is given to medical examination and treatment for patients in emergency situations, children under 6 years old, pregnant women, people with particularly severe disabilities, people with severe disabilities, and people aged 75 years or older. up, people with meritorious service to the revolution who are suitable for the characteristics of medical examination and treatment establishments.

3. Respect, cooperate, and protect practitioners and others performing duties at medical examination and treatment facilities.
