Implementation sequence | - Authors and copyright owners can directly or authorize other organizations or individuals to submit 01 application for copyright registration at the headquarters of the Copyright Office or the Representative of the Copyright and Related Rights Registration Office of the Copyright Office in Ho Chi Minh City, or the Representative of the Copyright and Related Rights Registration Office of the Copyright Office in Da Nang City. -Within fifteen working days from the date of receipt of a valid application, the Copyright Office shall issue a Certificate of Copyright Registration. In case of refusal to issue a Certificate of Copyright Registration, the applicant must be notified in writing. |

Number of records | - Profile components, including: (1) Copyright registration form (Form No. 01 issued with Circular No. 08/2016/TT-BVHTTDL dated July 2, 2016 stipulating forms for copyright and related rights registration). The form must be in Vietnamese and signed by the author, copyright owner or authorized person, and must include full information about the applicant, author, copyright owner; summary of the work; name of the author, work used as a derivative work if the registered work is a derivative work; time, place, form of publication; commitment to responsibility for the information stated in the application; (2) Two copies of the copyrighted work; (3) Power of attorney, if the applicant is an authorized person; (4) Documents proving the right to submit an application, if the applicant enjoys that right from another person by inheritance, transfer, or succession; (5) Written consent of co-authors, if the work has co-authors (6) Written consent of co-owners, if the copyright is jointly owned. The documents specified in points 3, 4, 5 and 6 above must be in Vietnamese; if in a foreign language, they must be translated into Vietnamese. - Number of documents: 01 set. |
