2. The state management agency in charge of protecting consumer rights, on its own or at the request of consumers or social organizations, participates in protecting consumer rights in case of authorized request by consumers. Request business organizations and individuals to cancel or amend sample contracts and general transaction conditions when detecting sample contracts and general transaction conditions that violate the rights of consumers.

3. Determining the legal consequences of canceling or modifying contracts according to the form and general transaction conditions established with consumers in specific transactions is carried out in accordance with the provisions of civil law. .
