Do individuals receiving technology transfer have the obligation to keep information about the technology confidential?

The Law on Technology Transfer 2017 stipulates: “Right to right to right to right

“2. Technology has the following tasks:

a) Properly perform the commitments in the contract; compensate for damages to the technology transfer party and third parties due to breach of contract;

negotiate and execute technology transfer contracts;

) Request for granting of Technology Transfer License in case of transfer of restricted technology from foreign countries to Vietnam, unless the parties have other agreements;

) Perform financial obligations and other obligations as prescribed by law.

Negotiate, sign and execute technology transfer contracts as agreed.
