Changing and adding business lines in a partnership company

In case a partnership company changes its business lines, it must carry out the procedure of notifying the change in business lines within 10 days from the date of change.

1. Profile components:

1.1. Notice of change in business registration content signed by the legal representative of the partnership (form Appendix II-1 issued with Circular 01/2021/TT-BKHĐT).

1.2. Resolutions and Decisions of the Board of Members on changing the business lines of the partnership.

1.3. Valid copy of Minutes of meeting of general partners on change of business lines of the partnership.

1.4. Authorization letter for the person submitting the application and receiving the results if he/she is not the legal representative. This document does not need to be notarized or authenticated.

1.5. A valid copy of one of the following personal identification documents of the authorized person to carry out the procedure (if authorized):

- For Vietnamese citizens: Valid Citizen Identification Card or National Identity Card or Vietnamese Passport.

- For foreigners: Valid foreign passport or document in lieu of a valid foreign passport.

2. Place of submission: Business Registration Office - Department of Planning and Investment where the company is headquartered.

3. Processing time: Within 03 (three) working days from receipt of valid documents.
