Regulations on registration of business locations in Joint Stock Companies

1. General provisions

The business location is the place where the joint stock company conducts specific business activities, which may be outside the registered head office address. Within 10 days from the date of deciding to establish a business location, the enterprise shall send a notice of establishment of a business location to the Business Registration Office where the business location is located.

2. Profile components

2.1. Notice of establishment of business location (Appendix II-7 form issued with Circular 01/2021/TT-BKHĐT);

Note: The notice of establishment of a business location must be signed by the legal representative of the enterprise in case the business location is under the enterprise or by the head of the branch in case the business location is under the branch.

2.2. Application for supplementing and updating business registration information for business locations (form Appendix II-15 issued with Circular 01/2021/TT-BKHĐT) for companies operating under Investment Licenses, Investment Certificates or documents of equivalent legal value that have not supplemented or updated business registration information to be granted business registration to replace the business registration content in the Investment License, Investment Certificate or documents of equivalent legal value (declare information about the enterprise according to the Application for supplementing business registration information issued with Circular 01/2021/TT-BKHĐT);

2.3. Authorization letter for the person submitting the application and receiving the results if he/she is not the legal representative;

2.4. A valid copy of one of the following personal identification documents of the authorized person performing the procedure (if any):

- For Vietnamese citizens: Valid Citizen Identification Card or National Identity Card or Vietnamese Passport.

- For foreigners: Valid foreign passport or document in lieu of a valid foreign passport.

3. Where to submit application

Business Registration Office - Department of Planning and Investment where the business is located.

4. Resolution period

Within 03 (three) working days from receipt of valid documents.
