PRICE AND PAYMENT REGULATIONS

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

All services provided on iGuide.ai are paid for online through payment services provided by payment intermediaries.

Payment content: (i) Customer/Partner name; (ii) Service type/Request …..; (iii) Payment type (deposit, payment…).

iGuide has the right to (i) change or supplement the above payment receiving account number; and/or (ii) change or supplement the payment implementation process and notify the Customer in advance./ Partner in writing or posted on our Website.

2. SERVICE PRICE

You confirm that all details provided by you when placing an order (such as name, identification, contact details, payment details and dates…) are correct and complete. If you have provided any incorrect details by mistake, please notify Us, We will help you make the necessary changes to the order. However, We cannot guarantee that the Supplier will allow it, especially if such change may result in a change of identification information.

We advertise a wide range of Support Services, Travel Products and make every effort to ensure that our advertised prices are accurate. However, errors do occasionally occur. If an error is obvious to you, we reserve the right to cancel your booking or change the price (with your consent). We will contact you in this case.

3. SERVICE BOOKING PROCESS

Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from Us. You agree to check the details in the booking confirmation email and contact Us immediately if any details are incorrect. The relevant sections below will provide further details of the services provided by iGuide on its website.

We will assign an iGuide.ai order number to your service order. We will process your request faster if you specify your iGuide.ai order number when contacting us about your service order.

When ordering from us, please do not:

• Using an invalid card/bank account or a card/bank account that you are not authorized to use.
• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with anyone.
• Violate any law, regulation or legal requirement.

All orders are subject to the availability of the product or service at the time of order. We will try to ensure that our website is kept up to date, but we do not guarantee that any product or service on our website will be available at the time of order. We will notify you as soon as possible if the product or service you have attempted to order is unavailable for any reason.

4. PAYMENT AND PAYMENT CURRENCY

When you book a Service or Travel Product, We will explain the payment terms to you during the booking process. Some orders require you to pay online in advance before the service is provided, while others require you to pay at the time of using the Service or Travel Product (for example, when you check in at a hotel). If you do not pay any amount in full under the booking terms, you are in default and We may cancel your booking immediately.

The exchange rate is calculated at the time of registration for the service on our website based on the exchange rate listed by commercial banks in Vietnam. When paying online, you will pay the exact amount displayed on the payment page. However, if you wish to pay in a different currency, the account provider to which you are paying may use an alternative currency rate and it is your responsibility to confirm that rate. Your account provider may also charge you a fee for international payments. You acknowledge that if you pay at the time of using the Support Services or Travel Products (for example, when you check in at a hotel), the exchange rate may have changed between the time of booking and the time of payment.

If you have problems making a payment, please do not make a re-payment. Please confirm whether your order has been successfully processed by contacting Us using the contact information in Section 1 of these terms.

Any refunds will be returned to the original method of payment, unless we agree to use another method. The date the refund transaction is processed will depend on your account provider.

We take the security of your personal and payment information very seriously and have measures in place to ensure that your information is kept secure.
