1- Environmental protection is the right, obligation and responsibility of every agency, organization, community, household and individual.

Environmental protection activities are understood as activities to prevent and limit negative impacts on the environment; respond to environmental incidents; overcome pollution and environmental degradation, improve environmental quality; rational use of natural resources, biodiversity and response to climate change.

Accordingly, in parallel with economic development, the environment must be protected; only then will development be long-term and sustainable.

3- Environmental protection is harmoniously linked with social security, children's rights, gender equality, ensuring everyone's right to live in a clean environment.

A healthy environment can be understood as an environment whose quality ensures that human life takes place in the safest and most natural harmony.

According to this principle, environmental protection work always needs to be harmoniously coordinated with people's rights and obligations, without violating the rights of children and people.
