"We are Ta Ca Phe, a coffee shop that embodies the culture of Hanoi. As a local business, we specialize in producing high-quality Vietnamese coffee that meets specialty coffee standards. The beans we roast are grown in different highland regions of Vietnam such as Sơn La, Quảng Trị, Đắk Nông, Lâm Đồng, at altitudes of 800m-1800m. We strictly control the process from Seed to Cup, adhering to SCA standards. Our cafes welcome customers from all over the world who come to enjoy delicious coffee brewed by our coffee-loving baristas. Our Vietnamese Coffee preserves the original traditional flavors, the distinctive flavors of Hanoi. We also offer a range of Machine Coffee and Handcrafted Coffee with specialty coffee beans that we roast daily."
