Quang Kieu Temple
Quang Kieu Temple (Quang Kieu Temple) is a religious relic located in Hung Thanh Ward, Tuyen Quang City, Tuyen Quang Province. The temple was built to worship Hung Dao Dai Vuong - Tran Quoc Tuan and the Holy Mother of the Upper Realm and other deities in the Vietnamese Mother Goddess religion. Quang Kieu Temple has an important position as the southern gateway of Tuyen Quang City.

Ha Temple (Tam Co Temple)
Ha Temple, also known as Tam Co Temple, is located in Group 3, Tan Quang Ward, Tuyen Quang City. The temple was built in 1738 and was first restored in June of the year Mau Ngo (1878). It belongs to the ancient religious and artistic architecture. Ha Temple was built to worship the Mother Goddess, and according to legend, this is the place to worship Princess Ngoc Hoa.
Ha Temple is not only an important place of worship for local people but also attracts tourists from near and far. The festivals held at the temple are of a high communal nature, and people come here to express their aspirations in daily life, wishing for a more prosperous life and a bountiful harvest. Ha Temple Festival takes place annually from the 11th to the 16th of the second lunar month, with many unique cultural activities. The procession of Mau from Y La Temple and Thuong Temple to Ha Temple are two solemn spiritual rituals, performed with great respect by local people.
Pha Lo Temple
Pha Lo Temple in Nong Tien Ward, Tuyen Quang City was built by the people in the late 19th century. Pha Lo Temple is located on a high land built according to the feng shui theory "Tien minh duong, huu hau cham" (the temple door faces southwest where the Lo River bends (where water and happiness gather), behind is Doc mountain as the back of the head, creating the position of "Son bao, thuy bao" (mountain and water surround). Pha Lo Temple is a type of historical and cultural relic. Like many other temples in Vietnam, the temple was built to meet the religious needs of working people.
Lam Son Temple (Lam Son Linh Tu)
Lam Son Linh Tu is located in Group 2, Nong Tien Ward, Tuyen Quang City, Tuyen Quang Province. This temple is located at the foot of Dum Mountain and next to the Lo River, in a campus of over 400 square meters. Around the temple are many ancient trees creating a charming landscape. The temple gate faces the Northwest, where the Lo River winds in the shape of a dragon.
The temple was built on the Lo River as a front temple, and Dum Mountain as a back temple, creating a landscape of harmony between mountains and rivers, symbolizing the image of a dragon and a tiger.
The main festivals at the temple include the water procession and opening calligraphy ceremony on the 2nd of January, the Shangyuan ceremony on the 15th and 16th of January, the Mother Goddess feast on the 15th and 16th of February, the summer festival on the 15th and 16th of April, the summer festival on the 15th and 16th of July, and the Duc Dai Vuong banquet on the 15th and 16th of August.
Upper Temple (Mau Dum Temple)
Thuong Temple is located in Trang Da Commune, Tuyen Quang City. The temple was built in 1801 and is used to worship the Mother Goddess. The temple worshiping Princess Phuong Dung is located on the left side of the Lo River, in Y La Commune (today's Ha Temple), while the temple worshiping Princess Ngoc Lan is located on the right side of the Lo River, in Tinh Huc Commune (today's Thuong Temple).
The system of worship statues and the procession journey, it can be seen that when the Mother Goddess worship developed, the people combined the Mother Goddess of Heaven and Mother Goddess of Water with the Jade Emperor, Dragon King and Quan Hoang for worship. Therefore, the two princesses worshiped at the Upper Temple, the Lower Temple and the Y La Temple were considered Mother Goddesses.
The festival at Thuong Temple attracts a large number of visitors from inside and outside the province. The landscape around the temple has a magical and charming look. In front of the temple is the Lo River flowing gently, behind are the overlapping mountain ranges creating a sacred and mysterious space. When visiting Thuong Temple, visitors can not only participate in spiritual rituals but also admire the poetic beauty of the river and mountains at this location.
Forbidden Temple
Located in Trang Da commune, Tuyen Quang city, on high ground, open space on the bank of Lo river, leaning against Cam mountain behind. Cam mountain is a peak in the endless mountain range running through Tan Long, Ba Xu, on high there is "heaven's gate" which is a famous scenic spot for many tourists. From the mountainside, a stream of clear water flows through steep rocky slopes, day and night, pouring down behind the temple, making the scenery even more fascinating. From a small temple, after many renovations and upgrades, Cam temple now has a spacious architecture in the style of internal public and external foreign with the main temple located in the center, on the left and right are the Chau Ba palace and the Son Trang palace.
Ghenh Quyt Temple
Ghenh Quyt Temple is located in Trang Da Commune, Tuyen Quang City. The temple was built in the late 19th century, on the banks of the Lo River, with the purpose of worshiping Mother Thoai (Mother of Water) to meet the spiritual needs of the people. This belief originates from the cosmological concept of agricultural people, believing that water is a god that exists everywhere under simple names such as River God, Sea God. The Water God is considered a negative god, and Mother Thoai is honored as the Mother Goddess of the Water God.
Y La Temple
Y La Temple is located in Y La ward, Tuyen Quang city. The temple was built in 1743, in the 4th year of Canh Hung, and restored in the early 19th century.
According to legend, the temple was built to worship Princess Phuong Dung. Before that, the temple was severely damaged during an invasion. The villagers had to move the statue from the Lower Temple to Y La village to avoid danger. In 1817, during the third year of Khai Dinh's reign, the temple was rebuilt on the same location but on a larger scale. At the original location of the Lower Temple, the villagers built the Y La Temple to worship Princess Phuong Dung. At the same time, the temple also worships the Three Holy Mothers including the Mother of Heaven, the Mother of Mountains and the Mother of Water.
The Temple of Mother Goddess Y La retains many valuable treasures, including 32 statues of gods and four royal decrees issued in 1887 (the 2nd year of the Dong Khanh era), 1890 (the 2nd year of the Thanh Thai era) and 1909 (the 3rd year of the Duy Tan era). These three royal decrees were presented to the god Hiep Thuan in 1923 (the 9th year of the Khai Dinh era).
Every year, from the 11th to the 16th of the second lunar month, the Y La Temple organizes a festival with many unique cultural activities. Two notable activities are the procession of the Mother Goddess from the Y La Temple to the Lower Temple and the procession of the Mother Goddess returning to the palace.
Dong Xuan Temple
Dong Xuan Temple has the Chinese name Dong Xuan Linh Tu; The temple was built in the late 19th century under the reign of King Thanh Thai by Mr. Doan Tien Cong, then his daughter, Mrs. Doan Thi Nga, followed her father's career by donating money and property to restore the temple; Dong Xuan Temple is located on a high land with an area of 968m2 next to the legendary Lo Giang River, under the ancient mountain, the temple gate faces southeast overlooking the Lo River, according to the concept that the south is the direction of the saints.
Dong Xuan Temple is an architectural work of an ancient belief, a cultural institution bearing the imprint of the artistic style of the Late Nguyen Dynasty; the material and spiritual values hidden in the temple will help art scholars and many other research fields have more databases to learn about the culture, land and people here.
Canh Sanh Temple
Canh Sanh Temple (commonly known as Cay Xanh Temple) is located in Minh Xuan Ward, Tuyen Quang City. The temple was built to worship Hung Dao Dai Vuong - Tran Quoc Tuan, a national hero who made great contributions in the resistance war against the Yuan-Mongol army. In addition, the temple also worships Duc Thanh Mau Thuong Ngan. She is the goddess who governs the mountainous region. The biggest festival of the temple is Thuong Nguyen festival on the 11th and 12th of the first lunar month, attracting many visitors from all over. The temple's scenery is amazing and solemn, with ancient trees thousands of years old, majestic and beautiful.
Coal Mine Temple
The temple of the Little Forest Girl and King Hung Dao (Tran Quoc Tuan) is located in Minh Xuan ward, Tuyen Quang city. The temple was built on the back of a mountain. Before the temple was built, this area used to be a coal mine operated by the French colonialists, but an accident caused the mine to collapse. Dozens of people were buried under the pile of rocks and coal. The villagers believed that the coal mining had encroached on the territory of the king of the forest, so they built this temple at that location.
The temple's festivals include the Spring Festival (from the first to the third day of the first lunar month), the Shangyuan Festival (the sixth day of the first lunar month), and the New Year's Eve Festival (the ninth day of the last lunar month), along with several other festivals. The temple is also one of the attractive destinations for spiritual tourists to visit in the area, attracting the attention of many people.
Cam Son Temple
Cam Son Temple, also known as Co Chau Muoi Moc Giang Temple (Co Be Moc Giang Temple is the common name used for a long time), is located in Hung Kieu 4 village, An Tuong commune, Tuyen Quang city. The temple also has the Han Nom name Cam Linh Tu (meaning sacred forbidden temple). The temple was built to worship Co Chau Muoi, who helped Le Loi in the Lam Son uprising against the Ming army. The Chau De are worshiped in Huu Lung, Lang Son; Chau Be in Bac Le, Lang Son and Chau Muoi, of Tho origin, who helped Le Loi.
